Eligibility: Only serves pet owners who receive qualifying government assistance (Social Security, disability, unemployment, food stamps, TennCare/Medicare/Medicaid, reduced lunch, Section 8, or WIC), proof required matching name/address, plus valid state ID. 501(c)3 rescue groups/municipal shelters get separate pricing on request.
